If you are crazy about Florida’s wild critters and find yourself in the Panhandle area next month, you’ll want to check out an event at the beautiful Henderson Beach State Park.
The park is hosting Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge staff and animal ambassadors Thursday, Aug. 15, form 11:30 a.m. until noon. You’ll learn all about the animals and their environment and have a chance to see these critters up close.
The program is free, so all you’ll have to pay for is admission into the park. This is a great opportunity for the whole family to learn more about Florida wildlife. Afterward, you can hang out at the gorgeous beach and see why it's called the Emerald Coast.
