Have a Father's Day weekend filled with flavor at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort where Chad will demonstrate his best techniques in barbecuing from seasoning, smoking, and grilling.
The weekend will conclude in a family barbeque on Father's Day, June 16th.
Chad Ward is the Champion Pitmaster of the competitiive team Whiskey Bent BBQ and host of the "In The Pit" radio show. If anyone has a few tricks to share with grilling meats, he certainly does.

-- A special discounted room rate of $129 plus resort fee is available to class attendees.
-- The Father’s Day Barbecue with Chad Ward on Sunday June 16th from noon to 2 p.m. is open to spouses and children of class attendees, reservations required. Cost for adults is $40, for children 5-12 $20 and for children 4 and under it's complimentary.
