Ever wanted to master the cuisine of the Greek islands or Latin America? Now is your chance with summer cooking classes in Tarpon Springs! Each Saturday throughout the month of June, community cooks will teach the makings of a delicious recipe and after the class everyone can dig in and enjoy the meal. Classes are only $20 per person and are limited to 12 participants, so definitely call ahead to reserve your spot!
June 8: GREEK: Maria Pantelis –Stuffed peppers (with and without meat), Greek salad
June 15: Cuisine To Be Determined
June 22: CUBAN: Marisella Veiga ropa vieja (shredded beef), yuca with mojo sauce, guava and cream cheese
June 29: GREEK: Katerina Zaronias –kreatopites (filo stuffed with meat and cheese), horiatiki (Kalymnian village-style salad), and rizogalo (rice pudding)
