If you had to pick between Italian wines and Spanish wines, which would you choose?  STEAK 954 is presenting an opportunity for guests to put their palate to the test with a War Of The Wines Diner featuring Spain vs. Italy.  Chef Jason Landon Smith has planned a tantalizing five-course meal where guests will be presented with one wine from each region with each course.  You get to decide which wine pleases you best!

Raise a toast to the end of summer and indulge in these perfectly paired dishes while enjoying the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf at STEAK 954. The five course meal includes:

- A Tapas Course:  Featuring Serrano Jamon with Manchego cheese, Artichokes barigoule with lemon aioli and house-made bread crumbs, and Bacon Wrapped Dates with blue cheese and marcona almonds.
- The Second Course: Includes Charred White Asparagus with a sunny-side up egg and pancetta vinaigrette
- The Third Course:  Includes little neck clams, chorizo, chickpeas, salsa verde and grilled bread.
- The Fourth Course:  Includes a Broiled Dry-Aged New York Strip with watercress, shaved Parmesan cheese, balsamic roasted cipollinis and smoked fingerling potatoes.
- The Fifth Course: Dessert includes a roasted fig crostata, house-made ricotta, thousand flowers honey, chocolate flan, marcona almond and olive oil sponge cake and blackberries.
