When I asked via Twitter, "What is Arts & Tastes weekend?"  I received a link to quite a compelling recipe for foodie fun:  "take celebrity chefs, add a generous serving of regional culinary talent, blend in a dollop of art, finish with five iconic St. Pete area venues and simmer until November. Plate it all on America's most popular Gulf Coast destination and voilà! A world-class festival weekend!"

Who can resist that description?
