Chef Spotlight: 3030 Ocean's Jeremy Ford

A Florida native, Jeremy grew up on the coast of Jacksonville and started his culinary career at the young age of 16, then navigated his way through an all-French kitchen (without speaking a word of French), worked with Iron Chef Cristophe Eme, and now he's back here in Florida working under his current mentor, Chef Dean James Max, at 3030 Ocean as Chef de Cuisine.
