French chef and restauranteur Daniel Boulud is introducing the vibrant Mediterranean cuisine of his New York restaurant to Palm Beach for a limited time with the Boulud Sud pop-up at The Brazilian Court Hotel.
Enjoy the flavors of the Mediterranean, as well as all the ambiance, while dining in an air-conditioned terrace within a fountain courtyard embellished with lush olive trees, terracotta pots of herbs, topiaries, and the warm glow of lanterns.
Café Boulud's acclaimed chef, Jim Leiken, will prepare an array of dishes from the noteworthy New York restaurant, Boulud Sud, representing the entire Mediterranean region from the European shores of France, Italy and Spain to the North African coast of Morocco and Tunisia and even touches on the flavors of Turkey and Greece.
