The Roman god of winemaking and a relaxation-inducing work of mother nature are being combined during The Resort at Longboat Key Club's third annual event: Bacchus On The Beach.
This two-day seaside celebration includes three superb food and wine events. On Friday night, guest can choose from a selection of vintner-hosted dinners including:
- Dinner With The Masters
- Kings Of California Pinot
- Italian-American Club
- Whiskey Smoker
Saturday afternoon the fun continues on the beach with a "Passion Of The Pig" barbeque, which is a guest favorite and touted to be full of "great beer and a lot of pork love." The rest of the day will be filled with tastings, blending classes, a cooking demonstration and more.
The Bacchus Bash concludes with a grand finale on Saturday night; a Stone Crab Celebration & Wine Tasting. And if you haven't yet tasted some of Florida's succulent stone crabs, then this is a must-attend party!
Individual tickets can be purchased for each event, or get a Celebration Pass and attend all three for a fabulous foodie weekend (one Vintner Dinner, Passion For The Pig, and Stone Crab Celebration) for only $350 per person.
This is the first time the event will be open to the public and will benefit the Child Protection Center, so take a look at the Bacchus Brochure and plan the ultimate fall harvest celebration weekend at Longboat Key Club.
