Did you know that ideas for many modern day machines came from the genius brain of Leonardo di Vinci? Things like bicycles, helicopters and army tanks - yep, he's the mastermind behind it all.
Now this is an exhibit that you don't want to miss. On loan from the Museo di Leonardo da Vinci n Italy, the Da Vinci Machines Exhibition has arrived in Bradenton, Florida.
The exhibits are the original pieces built from da Vinci’s designs by third-generation Florentine artisans and is one of only three touring the world. It contains more than 60 inventions by the inventor and artist.
The exhibition models are presented in four major themes:
- Military machines
- Flying machines
- Nautical and hydraulic
- Principles of mechanics

- Adults: $23.95
- Seniors (62 and older) and military with ID: $20.95
- Children (ages 4-14): $17.95
- Student groups (20 or more): $12 per person
- Adult groups: $20 per person; $16 for children
