West Palm Beach Offers Tons of Fun with a Holiday Sand Tree

By: Lauren Tjaden

Some Florida cities go big for the holidays.

Really big.

Such is the case in West Palm Beach, home to Sandi, a 600-ton holiday tree constructed of sand.  Sandi, who measures 35 feet tall, is nattily adorned for the season in real nights. She comes to life in sound and lights at Meyer Amphitheater (104 Datura St, West Palm Beach, FL) at 7:30, 8, 8:30, 9 and 9:30 p.m. every evening through Dec. 31, 2013.

You should go see this seasonal spectacle. With your whole gang.

Because the best Yuletide decoration is being wreathed in smiles.
