The Village of Baytowne Wharf brings to mind images of unique boutiques, of galleries with art that intrigues and lifts the spirit, and of a walkway that sprawls into the Choctawhatchee Bay. Snuggled against Northwest Florida's Emerald Coast between Pensacola and Panama City, this vibrant enclave offers eateries, nightlife, and a steady stream of festivals and events.
It even offers ice skating.
From Nov. 1, 2013-Feb. 2, 2014, Baytowne on Ice gives you the chance to trade your flip-flops for blades. The seasonal ice skating rink has become a local holiday favorite. For $11 you can skate for an hour and a half. Skate rental is available for $2.
But the best part is that after you’ve had your fill of skating, you can once again don your flip-flops.
That’s how we roll in the Sunshine State!
