An Inside Look: LEGOLAND Florida's Miniland USA

My favorite place to visit inside LEGOLAND Florida is MiniLand USA, home to seven themed areas, all made with LEGO bricks.

Here you’ll find miniature versions of cities and landmarks from across the United States.

Here’s a look at a few of the Florida destinations you can find here:

Daytona International Speedway

See LEGO cars racing around the track, the grandstands and victory lane -- in mini-form. If you listen closely, you can even hear the sounds of a racetrack.

LEGOLAND MiniLand

Key West

The Southernmost Point in the continental United States is replicated in MiniLand U.S.A. Be on the lookout for Duval Street and Mallory Square.

Florida State Capitol

A LEGO marching band performs in synchronization in front of the Sunshine State’s capitol building. The LEGO Master Builders really put their creativity to the test with this display.

Bok Tower

Located near LEGOLAND Florida Resort, the miniature version of this historic tower is pretty spectacular to see up close. It even showcases the park’s beautiful gardens.

Kennedy Space Center

Take a gander at the rocket garden, a LEGO shuttle ready for launch and a peek at astronaut training.

Be sure to save some time to take a really close look at this area of the park. It’s incredible to see the amount of detail that goes into creating these LEGO masterpieces.
