Take a Peek at Cedar Key

The tiny enclave of Cedar Key is quaint. It’s old-fashioned. It’s short on traffic lights and long on relaxation. Houses and stores perch above the Gulf of Mexico on stilts, with the water lapping at their bellies.

It’s easy to find a mean clam chowder or a cold brew. The people smile and wave, and the police drive spiffed-up golf carts.

Sound like it might be your cup of sunshine?

Take a peek at my slideshow to see for yourself why Budget Travel Magazine named Cedar Key one of the ‘10 Coolest Small Towns in America.’
