Have you ever heard of a kumquat? Not only is is a fun word to say aloud, it's also a tiny, tart fruit that looks like a miniature orange. They're really popular this time of year for holiday desserts and garnish.
The kumquat capital of the world happens to be in the Florida town of St. Joseph, and nearby Dade City celebrates this zesty treat every year with its annual Kumquat Festival.
