When it comes to gourmet, Big Wheel Provisions delivers! Whenever I'm at a food truck event in Central Florida and I see the Big Wheel truck, I immediately make a b-line to their order window as the deliciously creative selection is so popular they typically run out by the end of the night
Big Wheel's chef and owner, Chef Tony Adams, believes "local is lovely" and you'll find a bit of locally made ingredients in each dish he creates. Their menu changes constantly depending on what's in season, but to give you an example, here are some of the Big Wheel dishes I've tasted:
- Crispy Brussels sprouts with a local honey, soy, lime, and sriracha dressing.
- Local Titusville lump crab with Japanese sticky rice, momofuku vinaigrette all stuffed inside half a Florida avocado.
- Fresh cut french fries with housemade Winter Park Bleu Cheese Crema and drizzled with a reduced ruby red port syrup.
- Local young coconut stuffed with long-line caught yellow fin tuna poke, dressed local pea tendril salad with red Thai coconut curry rice.
