This place not only offers one-cup-at-a-time, slow-poured coffee, it also roasts its own coffee in-house in small batches. It also grows and exports its own coffee at origin.
The family of Eternity co-owner Cristina Garces actually owns the farm in Colombia that provides most of the coffee served here (the name Eternity comes from the farm – "Finca La Eternidad"). Chris Johnson, the other owner, is a certified barista and coffee importer who custom-designed Eternity’s “pour-over bar.”
Eternity also offers tea, juice and pastries made fresh daily, plus whole bean coffee you can take home. There’s free parking, free Wi-Fi and Sunday morning cuppings – the coffee version of wine tastings.
Prices range from $2.50 to $4.75 a cup. For more information, visit www.eternitycoffeeroasters.com.
