t. Thomas Aquinas (Class 5A - Fort Lauderdale) holding firm as the No. 1 prep team in the state, with four first-place votes and 262 overall points. The Raiders (4-0) average score so far has been 40-6, so I'm guessing their opponents have no beef with the poll. Get it? Beef? Of course you do.  If you're in South Florida and you wanna see sky high-level high school action under Friday night lights, check out their schedule.

The Cocoa Tigers (2A) come in at the second spot, with five first-place votes and 248 points, followed by Seffner-Armwood (4A), Palm Beach Gardens Dwyer (4A), and Pensacola (3A).
