The Biltmore Spa in Coral Gables is giving you a great excuse to get a spa treatment during October, which is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

It’s going to donate proceeds from select treatments to Susan G. Komen for the Cure Miami/Ft. Lauderdale - $10 for every 70-minute massage, facial and wrap. There are15 treatments from which to choose and all are perfect for those looking to relax, indulge or even look younger. Here's a sample of treatments:

Signature Chardonnay Massage: A customized massage that aims to increase circulation, reduce tension and fight skin aging by using Chardonnay grape seed, a powerful anti-oxidant. Cost is $180.

Age Defyer Facial: A lifting facial that includes an enzyme exfoliation for the face and hands, a pressure point and sculpting massage, a collagen masque, a firming “thermo modelage” masque and a Glacier Crystals eye treatment to reduce fine lines and dark circles. Cost is $190.

Revitalizing Wrap: A skin-toning and firming body wrap consisting of a snow flake salt exfoliation, a moisturizing envelopment using Babor Lifting Body Cream, plus a deeply relaxing scalp massage while you’re cocooned. Cost is $180.

And, if you participate in the 2010 Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Race for the Cure, happening Oct. 16 in Miami, the spa will give you a 50-minute Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage for $99, from Oct. 16-23, to help ease any muscle soreness from the race. This treatment combines firm strokes and deep tissue massage techniques with hot pack therapy. It includes a natural muscle pain reliever infused with lavender and rosemary essential oils. Proof of race registration is required.
