Kona Kai Resort in Key Largo Shares Mustard Sauce Recipe for Stone Crabs

Stone crabs are on the menu here during season, and Kona Kai's mustard recipe gets rave reviews. The resort was kind enough to share it so that readers who pick up stone crabs can make their own sauce at home.

Kona Kai Mustard Sauce for Stone Crabs

--  1/2 cup mayonnaise
--  1/4 cup yellow mustard
--  1 tablespoon of Basha Brown's Pukka hot sauce
--  Juice from 1/2 of a fresh lemon
--  A shake of garlic powder
 
Blend these ingredients and refrigerate. Serve cold with crabs.
