On Sunday evening, a portion of East Camino Real in Boca Raton will be transformed into a foodie’s nirvana - the first annual Boca Raton Wine & Food Festival
As the sun sets, festival-goers will be able to stroll through the “culinary regions” of France, Asia Pacific, South America, Italy, America, Spain and even “Sweet Endings.” The regions will feature fine artisanal wines and cuisine prepared by 70 of south Florida’s top chefs.
Festival tickets are not cheap – general admission costs $85 and gets you in from 6:30 to 10 p.m. VIP tickets cost $125 and include a 5 p.m. champagne kick-off party as well as an after-party. But the costs include all your wine and food – there are no additional fees. And the wine and food will be well worth it, I’m sure.
In addition, the festival will have live music, a Retail Bazaar, Business Bazaar and Market Place, cooking demonstrations, wine pairing explanations and a chance to meet top sommeliers and chefs.
You can buy tickets and get more info here, or call 561-338-7594 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Also, the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Boca Raton is offering special $69 room rates (mention the festival when you book), valid through Monday. Call the hotel at 561-368-5200 or click here.
