If you like sushi as much as I do, then you recognize the difference between a good sushi restaurant and one that's truly exceptional. It has to do with presentation as much as the flopping freshness of the fish involved -and in Florida, we know a thing or two about good seafood. Just look at the deep rich color of the tuna in this sushi and sashimi platter I recently had for lunch at Seito Sushi in Orlando.
My favorite of the bunch is the Winter Park restaurant. There's a nice outdoor area to dine, and you're a few steps from the movie theater to catch a feature after your meal. Come with a crowd so you can try a taste of all their excellent rolls. (I love the Hurricane Roll, with conch and octopus.)
