Central Florida Dining Tip for Sushi Fanatics

If you like sushi as much as I do, then you recognize the difference between a good sushi restaurant and one that's truly exceptional. It has to do with presentation as much as the flopping freshness of the fish involved -and in Florida, we know a thing or two about good seafood. Just look at the deep rich color of the tuna in this sushi and sashimi platter I recently had for lunch at Seito Sushi in Orlando.

This Central Florida Japanese restaurant chain has four locations, scattered from Winter Park and downtown Orlando to Celebration and the Sandlake area.

My favorite of the bunch is the Winter Park restaurant. There's a nice outdoor area to dine, and you're a few steps from the movie theater to catch a feature after your meal. Come with a crowd so you can try a taste of all their excellent rolls. (I love the Hurricane Roll, with conch and octopus.)
