This Valentine's Day, the power of love will be evident at Coral Castle, a national historic site in south Miami-Dade. This unique attraction and historic museum is hosting a renewal ceremony for couples.

Two hundred lucky couples will reaffirm their vows on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 14, with Rusty McClure, New York Times best selling author of The Mystery of Coral Castle. Couples of all denominations are welcome.

Mr. McClure, considered the world's foremost authority on the Coral Castle, will lead visitors on a unique tour of the property, providing a rare and memorable perspective. He will also be signing books. The event is from 2 to 4 p.m.

Many have wondered about the unrequited love that spurred a man to spend 28 years carving a Coral Castle from the ground up using nothing but homemade tools. This homage to unrequited love in Homestead, Florida, is also an example of human determination and fortitude.

Features of the Coral Castle Museum include a nine-ton gate that moves with just a touch of the finger, a Polaris telescope and functioning rocking chairs, made entirely of stone.

Celebrate love's enduring values, and this remarkable tribute to romance, lost loves and explore the mystery surrounding America's own Stonehenge.
