You can purchase a s’mores kit ($10) containing marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate. In the evening, you can head to the resort’s seaside fire pits (after picking up your roasting skewers at the Azure Bar) for a delicious, and romantic, treat.
If you’ve never made s’mores before, here’s how: skewer a marshmallow and roast it over the flames. Sandwich the chocolate bar between two graham crackers. When the marshmallow’s a little bit melted, place it on top of the chocolate and pull the skewer out.
Of course, there are lots of other things to eat at this luxury resort. The elegant, oceanfront Azure restaurant serves “ocean-inspired cuisine,” and the Palapa Tiki Bar offers more casual dining.
And for a truly romantic meal, try Cabana dining ($200 per person) – you get a personalized, five-course menu with champagne at a table for two in a private, oceanfront cabana under the stars, served by your own personal wait staff (reservations for this are requested 48 hours in advance). The resort also offers personalized picnics prepared by its culinary team.
If you're interested, there are lots of special packages you can take advantage of, including romance packages. Check them out here.
