It's official. Omaka Rocka has opened at Aquatica, SeaWorld’s waterpark. Omaka Rocka is their brand new waterslide – but that might be an understatement. This thing will rock your socks with its high-speed tubes and half-pipe funnels.
If you’ve ever been skateboarding or snowboarding and have had that feeling of weightlessness when you catch air, well, you’ll feel it again on Omaka Rocka. You’ll speed down the flumes into these massive funnels, sliding high on one side and then the other [insert scream here!]! Oh yeah – hold on!
And here’s more news to cheer about. Aquatica has an After 2 p.m. Pass that gives you unlimited access to the waterpark with no black out dates for the rest of 2010, for only $49.95. Same price for kids or adults.
I do have to tell you that Omaka Rocka isn’t for everyone. Riders have to be at least 48" tall and must weigh less than 250 lbs.
