Ready for some summer fun for both adults and kids alike? Climb, float and play at Jungle Island's Rainforest Riptide saltwater playground in Miami.

The floating obstacle course at Jungle Island's water park is open seven days a week all summer long.

“We had such a tremendous reception when we brought the Rainforest Riptide back this spring," said Jungle Island’s Managing Director Christopher Gould. "So we’re very excited to now offer this family fun option seven days a week throughout the summer.”

Make an entire day of the adventure. Start the day by getting up close to some of the world's most fascinating rare and exotic animals at Jungle Island.

A favorite South Florida landmark, this zoological park features streams, waterfalls and tropical foliage. Enjoy animal shows and exhibits; participate in hands-on interactions with the animals or go on guided behind-the-scenes VIP tours.

Then head to the private beach at Parrot Cove for some fun in the sun. You'll find relaxing lounge chairs and swaying hammocks that line the sand. Cool off by going for a swim in Biscayne Bay and that's where you'll find the Rainforest Riptide. This massive water playground features a series of fun obstacles, including balance beams, action tower, trampoline, bridge, cliff, high jump, catapult, slide and swing. An adjacent climbing wall gives even the most gifted climbers a test of strength and endurance on this floating obstacle course.
