HOW TO ENTER: Visit the "Show Off Your Sunshine Sweepstakes" section of www.VISITFLORIDA.com between 9 a.m. EST, on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 and ends at 12:00 p.m. EST, on Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Each entrant will be required to upload an original photo or an original video showing a Florida vacation experience and complete the Official Registration Form by following the instructions provided on the website. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to participants' systems. Incomplete entries will be voided. All entries and submitted content become the property of VISIT FLORIDA, will not be returned, and may be used in advertising and publicity without compensation. By entering, Entrant agrees that if he or she is randomly selected as the winner of the vacation package prize (see Prizes), Entrant grants Sponsor and/or its affiliates, agents, and licensees permission to film and/or photograph Entrant and/or guests during use of Prize, at a time and place to be mutually agreed upon by Entrant and Sponsor, and grants Sponsor the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used) such film, video, and/or photograph without compensation and limitation (see Conditions of Entry). Winner will be randomly selected among complete entries on or after October 1, 2008.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: As conditions of entry into this Sweepstakes, and by uploading and entering a Submission, Entrant warrants and represents that the Submission (a) is original and has been legally created by the Entrant, (b) does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party; (c) has not been entered in or won previous Sweepstakes or awards; and (d) has not been published or distributed previously in any media. Entrant represents that he/she owns all rights to his/her Submission, including, without limitation, the copyrights in the recording and the performance contained therein. By uploading a Submission, Entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees, the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used), the Entrant's Submission, including, but not limited to, the recording and the performances contained therein (in each case, as submitted or as edited/modified in any way by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion), as well as to use Entrant's name, likeness, photograph, video (collectively, "Likeness"), and/or statements regarding his/her participation in this Sweepstakes (with or without using the Entrant's name) in any and all media without limitation as to time or territory, and without additional compensation or approval from the Entrant or any other party. Entrant waives intellectual property rights, privacy/publicity rights or other legal or moral rights that might preclude the Sponsor's use of the submission, and agrees not to sue or assert any claim against the Sponsor for the use of the Submission or Entrant's Likeness or statements. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold Sponsor, its agencies and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and any of their employees (collectively, the "Indemnities"), harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Indemnities due to or arising out of the Entrant's Submission, or the Entrant's conduct in creating a Submission or otherwise in connection with this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement; violation of an individuals right of publicity or right of privacy; or defamation. Entrant further agrees to release Sponsor from any and all claims that any advertising subsequently produced, presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of Sponsor infringes Entrant's rights with regard to any elements, characters or ideas contained in any submission. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal residents of the U.S. who are 25 years or older at time of entry, except employees of VISIT FLORIDA, Miles Media Group, their advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. No entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase necessary to enter sweepstakes. PRIZES: One winner will receive a trip to South Florida that includes roundtrip air transportation for four (4) people from the major commercial airport nearest the winner's home that is serviced by AirTran Airways to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, three (3) nights' accommodations for four (4) people (double-occupancy) at the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six, 50% off four (4) spa treatments and four (4) admissions aboard a water taxi courtesy of the Greater Ft. PLEASE NOTE: Travel must be completed by September 30, 2009. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply and reservations are based on space availability. GENERAL RULES & CONDITIONS: By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail, and/or regular mail and will be required to sign and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release, where legally permissible, and liability and return it within five (5) days of receipt of attempted delivery to receive the specified prize, otherwise the specified prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The winner's travel companions will be required to sign and return Affidavits of Eligibility/Release (where legal) prior to issuance of travel documents. By accepting the prize, prize winner agrees to release Sponsor and its employees, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers and other coordinating agencies involved in the promotion from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution or transfer of prize or election of cash in lieu of prize will be permitted. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, with appropriate legal approval, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select the single prize winner from among the entries received prior to the suspension or termination of the program; and Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or in any way corrupts the entry process.
