VISIT FLORIDA® Quarterly Sweeps

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The VISIT FLORIDA Quarterly Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 25 years of age and older. The sweepstakes begins at 12 p.m. EST, on January 3, 2012 and ends at 12:00 p.m. EST, on March 30, 2012.

HOW TO ENTER:
Visit www.VISITFLORIDA.com/contest between 12 p.m. EST, on January 3, 2012 and 12 p.m. EST, on March 30, 2012. Each entrant will be required to provide their name, email address and contact information by following the instructions provided on the website. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per day. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Sponsor (VISIT FLORIDA) is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to participants’ systems. Incomplete entries will be voided. All entries become the property of VISIT FLORIDA. Winner will be randomly selected among complete entries deemed in the sole discretion of VISIT FLORIDA on or after April 9, 2012, but no later than April 30, 2012.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entry that appears, to have been made by a person not meeting the eligibility requirements set forth above, or to be an automated or duplicate entry, and has the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has violated these Rules and Procedures. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of being run or implemented as planned, including, but not limited to, as the result of infection by computer viruses or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause which is likely to, or actually corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, then Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw the transmission of any entry and/or to terminate or suspend the sweepstakes at any point and declare a Winner based upon the Eligible Entries up to that point. In the event of technical difficulties with the entries, including, but not limited to, mobile or Internet service interruptions, Sponsor reserves the right to review the entries for accuracy and to take any appropriate action, including, without limitation, voiding the entries made during the time period in which such technical difficulties occurred. Sponsor, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, any other entity involved in the development or administration of the sweepstakes, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for any computer, network, technical, electronic, human or other errors or problems of any kind, for any injury or damage to participants or to any person’s computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the sweepstakes, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, or late. By participating, each individual agrees to release and hold the Released Parties harmless against any and all claims and liability of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of their participation in the sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY:
Open to all legal residents of the U.S. who are 25 years or older at time of entry, except employees of VISIT FLORIDA, Miles Media Group, their advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per day. Entries must be submitted by the registered subscriber of the email account provided when the entry is made. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to participants’ systems. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. No entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase necessary to enter sweepstakes. Void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law. Odds of Winning are determinate on the number of Eligible Entries that are received.

PRIZES:
One winner will receive a trip to Fort Myers Beach, Florida that includes one (1) air transportation package courtesy of VISIT FLORIDA. Package will include round trip air transportation for two (2) from the major airport closest to the winner to Southwest Florida International Airport, Florida. DiamondHead Beach Resort and Spa is providing one (1) accommodation and activity package. Package will include three (3) nights’ accommodations for two (2) at a DiamondHead Resort and Spa plus two (2) 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massages from The Esterra Spa & Salon. ARV: $ 3,200

PLEASE NOTE: Winner will be solely responsible for all local, state or federal taxes, including United States federal income taxes based on the suggested selling price as calculated by the prize sponsor of the trip on the date of the award.

Any attempt by you or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service, mobile service, or web site, tamper with the Voting process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Voting is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Released Parties reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
