Mote Aquariumvia Facebook Mote scientists have learned a lot about our resident manatees, Hugh and Buffett, but we still have one big question: Are they Giants or Patriots fans? To gear up for Super Bowl Sunday, Mote’s manatees chose between the teams by swimming to one of the teams' logos. As part of their daily training routine, Hugh and Buffett perform specific behaviors that keep their minds and bodies stimulated, help Mote staff take care of them and help scientists learn more about manatees to help protect them in the wild. Part of their training involves them choosing specific targets as part of research studies into their senses. In this case, the _________ were victorious! (Watch the video to see!)
