Brad Smith secretly planned (with Officiate Tom) to surprise his wife of 10 years, Bridget, to a renewal of marriage in Indian Shores. They walked out to the beach with another couple and asked Tom to take a photo. Tom said he was waiting for a different couple but could take a few quickly. Brad got down on one knee and proposed ... again.
