Florida State Parksvia Facebook Recently Girl Scout Troup 1134 of Flagler Beach volunteered at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. Their outline of Fla. made from sour oranges will be on display in the garden Feb. 11 from 10am-3pm for the Citrus Harvest Festival. The Ned Tyson Memorial Pirates on the Run 5K/10K. February 23rd through the 26th, 2012. Amelia Island Film Festival. February 25th, 2012. 6th Annual Amelia Island Chili Cook Off. Teams of chefs from all over the county will prepare their special chili recipes for you to taste and vote for your favorite! March 2nd, 2012. Sounds on Center Free Concert. Local band, Face For Radio, kicks off this season of free street concerts downdown that happen the first Friday of each month. March 3rd and 4th, 2012. Amelia Island Garden Show. The 3rd annual Amelia Island Garden Show produced by the Fernandina Farmers Market will roll out nature's brightest colors. March 3rd and 4th, 2012. First Weekend Union Garrison, Fort Clinch State Park. Living historians recreate life at Fort Clinch during the War Between the States. March 10th, 2012. Artrageous Artwalk. March 17th and 18th, 2012. Confederate Garrison, Fort Clinch State Park. March 24th, 2012. Fernandina Beach Rib Cook-Off, Central Park. Smoke will be in the air as dozens of area competitors try their best rib recipes for a chance at becoming Rib Champion.
